ELIO winery is located in CIVIDALE DEL FRIULI, an UNESCO world heritage town. In this unique place, history and tradition meet environmental conservation and preservation of local and native biodiversity. We take pride in following our family winemaking tradition while introducing innovative notes to our production. Our vineyard and our farm unite generations across the decades, linking indissolubly the current team at ELIO estate to their forefathers.
Our is a small estate of 3 hectares of vineyard and this allow us to know perfectly all our plants also because the majority of works are made manually. In this way we can check with accuracy all steps of production from the grape to the bottle.
The low yield of the vineyard is reflected in the bottle with the essence of our TERROIR, the combination between grape, land and winegrower. Since 2022 we are part of the big family F.I.V.I. the national association of Independent winegrowers.
The total production of our winery is around 10.000 bottles per year, all bottled and packed directly by us in the wine cellar.
