DEDICTION AND GOOD JUDGEMENT ALWAYS BEAR FRUIT
Our goal is the production of best quality grapes and wines in the respect of our territory, so in the 2015 we chose the ORGANIC PRINCIPLES. In this way we can reduce our impact on the environment and we can improve our biodiversity. We favour the balance of fauna and flora in our vineyards with the sow of cover crops and the alternate grass’s cut between the rows so we can guarantee a good habitat for insects and plants.
Our winery is powered with a modern photovoltaic system that allows us to produce a big part of our energy demand. Also water consume is very controlled with the drip irrigation system that help us to save production in strong and very hot summers avoiding problems.
