Rosè wines
Annual production: 500 bottles
This is a rosè Pinot grigio, obtained by the maceration on the skins for 3 days before the fermentation at low temperature. In this way the color become rosè but also the flavours and the taste are improved by this process.
The name “GALANDIN” in friulian language means someone who is cool but also elegant so this definition is perfect for this wine.
CHARACTERISTICS:
The color is very interesting, it’s like copper. The nose is particular with white flowers, apple and pear, with some notes of hydrocarbon. The palate is very elegant with a long lasting.
FOOD PAIRING:
On the table is very good in different fish plates, also grilled fishes, risotto and different mushrooms plates. It’s also very good with soups and different type of starters.
