MARTA is our ORANGE WINE from Ribolla gialla. This wine is dedicated to aunt Marta a key person in the Venica family, especially for ELIO.
This wine has a lot of personality and reflects our terroir bringing in the glass strong sensations thank to the maceration on the skins of 50 days.
CHARACTERISTICS:
The color is a fantastic amber yellow. At the nose there are sensations of dried apple and dried fruits like walnut and hazelnut and then some spicy flavours occurs. The acidity gives to the wine a very good freshness and that’s perfectly balanced with the important structure from all the tannins. This wine has a very long lasting in the mouth and it’s easy to drink because it’s not heavy.
FOOD PAIRING:
Fantastic meditation wine, it’s very good paired with some meats and aged cheeses. It’s perfect with a lot of fatty dishes for the tannins part that clean the mouth by drinking it.
