This is a fantastic wine and in our territory his expression is amazing. It has a very big range of flavours and it has always a fresh taste thats make you want to drink the next glass.
To improve his flavours the grapes are harvested when the are well ripe and in the wine cellar the grapes undergo into a maceration process at low temperature for 3 days. It’s maintained on the lees for 8 months before bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Color is mild yellow with green tinges. The nose has a great complexity of tropical fruits, elder flowers, pineapple and grapefruit ending with sage. The palate is fresh and dynamic with a rich aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING:
It’s very good with shellfish, aromatic and spicy starter, egg dishes and asparagus. Special also like aperitif.
