Our LAUDE is a sparkling rosè Extra Dry, that’s something new in our wine list. It’s a special production because it’s obtained from 6 red grapes varieties, the main is Merlot. The sparkling process is also particular because it’s start directly on the juice with only one fermentation instead of two. In this way the wine result very soft with very small and creamy bubbles.
CHARACTERISTICS:
The color is very interesting, it’s a soft pink with violet nuances; fine and elegant PERLAGE. The nose is fresh, with flower and fruity flavours, especially strawberry and raspberry. The palate has a very soft sweet aroma (EXTRA DRY sparkling wine), it’s creamy with a perfect acidity that allow a long lasting.
FOOD PAIRING:
It’s perfect like an aperitif, especially in summer. On the table it’s very good with a lot of plates like starters and desserts but also fish plates (especially variety of fried fish and vegetables). Someone recommend this sparkling wine with some white meats.
